Salva Sports is a British company established in London. We are committed to setting the highest technological standards, beginning with the initial design concept of each and every product.
Salva Sports was created by 2 professional goalkeepers Zaki Oualah & Alex Tokarczyk.
We met when we were at Reading FC U18s, over 13 years ago and have remained close friends. We used to regularly catch up as we had lot in common. Mostly after our games every weekend and talk all things goalkeeping, what gloves we were wearing used to come up a lot!
We both set up goalkeeping academies in 2017. Zaki is owner of The 1to1 Goalkeeper, based in Reading, and Alex owns The Academy Keeper, based in West London. We have both worked with over 200 goalkeepers in the past 5 years and have come across many talented keepers who have gone on to professional football or academies, and not forgetting many others playing a high level of semi professional football.
Having over 20 years playing experience and now 10 years coaching experience between us, we came together in 2019 and sampled many gloves and we believe we can make the highest quality gloves with amazing grip and durability.
We wanted to create gloves/products with the ultimate functionality, fit & style for athletes of all levels from grass roots to professionals. All of our gloves that we have released have been tried and tested endlessly. Prototypes are also given to our other pro goalkeepers wearing SALVA to ensure the quality is validated and trusted by professionals!
