Secure Ordering & Payment Options?
Salva Sports offer secure payment options. once ready to finalise payment you will be sent to our secure payment page. this page is where you enter your credit/debit card details or your paypal information. once we have gathered all the needed information. your order will be processed. you will receive an email receipt confirming your order.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return all undamaged items within 14 days of the order date. Please note that we DO NOT offer free returns, Also our delivery surcharge is NON refundable.
No returns will be accepted after 14 days or item that have been worn/washed or stained. Salva Sports will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
How Do I Fix An Order?
Once you’re done shopping, You may always view the items you have added to your Shopping cart by clicking the “Cart” top right of any page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping cart, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking “update cart” after all quantity adjustments have been made, you can proceed to payment. if you have chosen the wrong items/size and have finalised payment. you can return items whether to swap or to get a refund. look at delivery & returns page for more information.
How Do I Check Out
Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart (top right of page) then click on the “checkout” button in your shopping cart. If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and the password that you created for the account. If you do not have an account, simply follow the simple steps to create an account and continue through the checkout process.
